PixThru is built and maintained by one person, Luiz Mueller. There is no support team and no ticket system: you write, I read it. The address is hello@pixthru.com, and I usually reply within a few days.
If the button does not open an email app, copy the address and paste it into Gmail, Outlook or any webmail.
Something did not work
Bug reports are the most useful messages I get. Because the tools run on your device, I cannot see what happened on your screen, so three details make the difference between a guess and a fix:
- which tool you used, and what you expected it to do;
- your device and browser (for example: Android phone, Chrome; or Windows laptop, Firefox);
- the kind of file, such as its format and rough size, and the exact message shown, if there was one.
Please do not attach private documents. A description is enough, and if I need a sample I will ask for a harmless one. The quick "Did it work?" buttons under each result also reach me, without you writing an email.
A tool you wish existed
Tell me what you were trying to do and where other sites let you down. Several tools here exist because one person asked. I build what can run in a browser without uploading your file; if a request cannot be done that way, I will say so rather than quietly send your data to a server.
Privacy and data questions
Your files are processed on your device, so there is nothing of yours stored on our side to look up, correct or delete. If you have a question about analytics, cookies or advertising, the Privacy Policy covers them, and you can write to the address above for anything it does not answer.
