JPG to PDF Combine JPG or PNG images into a single PDF. 100% free, unlimited pages, no watermark and no upload — built in your browser. Document Scanner Turn a photo of a document into a clean, straightened, scanned PDF — right in your browser. No app, no upload, no watermark. Signature Maker Create a signature by drawing or typing it, then download a transparent PNG to drop into contracts and PDFs. Nothing uploaded.

PDFs are where the sensitive documents live: contracts, payslips, medical results, CVs, legal letters, tax forms. They are also the files most often dropped into free converter sites, which is the single riskiest habit in everyday computer use — those files are uploaded, processed on a server and retained for some period nobody can verify.

These tools do the same work with the document never leaving your computer. The one most people need is PDF to Word, and it is also where we are most explicit about limits: text, paragraphs and headings are rebuilt into a properly editable document, while images, tables and multi-column layouts come out simplified. No converter rebuilds those perfectly — the ones that claim to are guessing, and you only find out after the download.

Questions

Are my documents really not uploaded?
Correct. Parsing and generation both happen in your browser — you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tools still work.
Why is my scanned PDF coming out empty in the converter?
A scan is a picture of text, not text. Use the Image to Text (OCR) tool on the pages instead — it also runs on your device.
Is there a page limit?
No. A 500-page PDF costs us nothing to process, because your computer does the work.
