PNG is the format your computer uses when you press the screenshot key, when you export a chart or a drawing, and when you save a scanned page without compression. Those are exactly the files that then have to be bundled into one document: a chat history as evidence, a sequence of screenshots for a bug report or a tutorial, a set of exported slides, a hand-filled form. This page takes any number of PNGs and makes a single PDF, one image per page, each placed on an A4 sheet and scaled to fit.
Because each page is an A4 sheet, a tall phone screenshot is scaled to the page height and a wide desktop capture to the page width, so proportions are kept and nothing is cropped. The pages are pictures: text inside them cannot be searched or selected, which matters if the recipient needs to copy from it, in which case run the screenshots through the Image to Text tool on this site first. File size follows the inputs, so a dozen full-resolution desktop screenshots produce a PDF of several megabytes; resize or compress them beforehand if an email or a portal has a limit. The assembly happens on your device, which is the right place for contracts, identity documents and private chats.

Frequently asked questions
- Will transparency be kept?
- PDF pages have a white background, so transparent areas in a PNG show as white. The visible content is preserved exactly.
- Can I set the page order?
- Yes — arrange the images before exporting and each becomes a page in that order.
- Can I mix PNG and JPG files in the same PDF?
- Yes. Both formats are accepted together, and each becomes a page in the order you add them, so screenshots saved as PNG and photos saved as JPG can go into one document.
- Will the text in my screenshots be searchable in the PDF?
- No. Each page is stored as an image, so the text cannot be selected or searched. If you need editable text, extract it first with the Image to Text tool on this site.
